overview

Dhillon’s Brewery came to The Herd with a full digital ecosystem that needed bringing together under one stronger, clearer online presence.

As a Coventry-based brewery with multiple revenue streams, including craft beer, ecommerce, events, venue hire, brewery tours, and match-day experiences, Dhillon’s needed more than a standard website refresh.

They needed a platform that could properly represent the scale of the business, make the customer journey easier, and give each part of the brand its own clear place online.

The Herd transformed the Dhillon’s website into a sharper, more connected digital experience built around brand, usability, and conversion.

The Challenges
The Challenges

Dhillon’s had a lot happening across the business, but the digital experience needed to make that complexity feel simple.

The key challenge was organising multiple areas of the brand into one clear ecosystem without making the website feel cluttered or confusing.

This included:

  • Showcasing the brewery and its story

  • Selling beer and merchandise online

  • Promoting events and match-day activity

  • Driving venue hire enquiries

  • Highlighting brewery tours

  • Connecting the wider Dhillon’s brand ecosystem

  • Making the site easier for customers to navigate

The old structure didn’t fully reflect the energy, personality, or commercial potential of the brand. Important customer actions needed to be easier to find, and the overall experience needed to feel more polished, modern, and conversion-focused.

the Result

The new Dhillon’s Brewery website now gives the brand a much stronger digital foundation.

The site brings together eCommerce, events, venue hire, brewery tours, and brand storytelling into one cohesive experience. Customers can now understand what Dhillon’s offers faster, navigate the site more easily, and take action with less friction.

The transformation gave Dhillon’s:

  • A clearer customer journey

  • A stronger brand presence online

  • Improved structure across key services

  • A better platform for selling products

  • A more effective way to promote events and venue hire

  • A digital ecosystem that reflects the full scale of the business

This was not just a website redesign. It was a full digital transformation for one of Coventry’s most recognisable independent brewery brands.

We chose The Herd because of the confidence theyve built through their work with other local brands, including Coventry Rugby and Shortland Horne. As a partner to Coventry City FC and with plans to deliver a busy calendar of events that bring together all communities, its important that we work with a strong digital partner who can help us tell that story properly and support the next stage of our journey.
