The Promotion of Jamil Al-Jawish to Head of Performance Media

The Herd is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamil Al-Jawish to Head of Performance Media, effective immediately.
Jamil has played an important role in The Herd’s growth, helping to improve campaign performance, strengthen paid media delivery and support the wider team across client accounts. The promotion recognises Jamil’s contribution to the agency and the impact of his work across performance marketing.
In the new role, Jamil will lead The Herd’s Performance Media team, oversee strategy and standards across paid channels, and continue to drive results for clients through data-led campaign optimisation and conversion-led website design. He will also work closely with the agency’s creative and technical teams to support continued growth and innovation.
