Founded in January 2025 by brothers Paul and Kieran Scanlon, The Herd has grown from a bedroom start-up into a thriving ten-strong agency in under a year. What began as a small operation working with local businesses has rapidly evolved into a full-stack digital performance agency delivering AI-powered marketing, creative content, web development and performance media to clients across the UK and in more than 14 countries worldwide.

In just eleven months, the agency has scaled monthly revenue from 2,000 to over 100,000, with around 25,000 now generated from international clients alone.
